- Ongoing review of sales plans and call reports.
- Recruiting and hiring of new salespeople when necessary.
The typical engagement is long-term, sometimes lasting for years, but there are no long term commitments. Depending on the arrangement, your Virtual Sales Manager will dedicate anywhere from 1 to 6 days per month on developing and implementing your selling strategy.
