Client Builder Selling™ sales training and coaching provides companies and independent professionals with a proven, practical road map for filling their prospecting pipelines, improving their closing ratio and increasing sales and profits. The process, in and of itself, helps business professionals differentiate themselves from their competition when selling. We generally provide training and coaching services to our clients in one of three ways:

- Public Workshops and Training Programs

- Self-Directed Training using our Client Builder Academy online sales coaching platform.
Most of the training we provide is “private,” meaning that it is customized and delivered to a specific company or firm. However, from time-to-time we conduct public workshops and training programs. Check the page on “upcoming events” (link to the page on upcoming events) to see if we have any public workshops or programs scheduled in your area or via the internet. In addition, we offer one-on-one sales and sales management coaching to select individuals.
Some companies prefer to do it all on their own. For larger companies with their own in-house training department, we offer the ability to conduct in-house training program using our Client Builder Academy online sales coaching platform combined with a program to train-the-trainer.
For very small companies with a limited training budget we provide a self-directed training package that combines two or more seats in our Client Builder Academy online sales coaching platform with personal selling evaluations for each participant. We provide an initial consultation with the business owner/sales manager and the salespeople to over the results of their personal selling evaluation, design your sales training roadmap and launch your self-directed training program. Our sales training and coaching can be delivered “live and in-person” or “virtually” over the web using our online sales coaching platform and web conferencing software. Regardless of how the program is delivered, all participants are given access to the Client Builder Academy™ online sales coaching platform where they are encouraged to build their own personal selling playbooks utilizing our strategies and techniques tailored to fit their personal selling style in the context of what and to whom they sell. Managers are also given access to this platform so that they can see the time being spent and the work being done by the people in the program that report to them.
